A framework and specific KPIs are agreed and monitored at specific points, so as to ensure that the customer is reaching the objectives and values  agreed upon in the framework.  Depending on the assignment, resources are identified and deployed in a professional manner. Some of the services will be carried out at the customer's site, while those processes that do not need interaction will be carried remotely. Nevertheless the services wil be conducted in a professional manner using the latest methods.

Once an interest by a customer is established, several meetings will be held so as to establish the most effective framework that will work for the customer.  Following this, a plan will be agreed to and KPIs set.  Once this is done, our professional services and our people will integrate with the customer's so that synergy is created. Our main focus will be that of achieving the goals set and finalising the project successfully.  During the project our progress will be monitored, assessed, and fine-tuned, depending on the internal and external factors effecting our customer.
